Lake Anna Homes is owned and managed by Christopher M. Kohlhaas. Chris grew up in the Washington D.C. area and graduated from LSU with a degree in Construction Management. After 25 years of home building and remodeling in the Fredericksburg area, Chris saw an opportunity to provide his unequaled building philosophies at Lake Anna for clients who want the very best.
After years of building new homes, Chris was asked by various people to help with remodeling their homes. Customers were interested in staying in their current home and have the same quality they saw in Chris’s new homes along with his innovative vision from design through construction. Whether building new homes, additions, or remodeling existing homes, Chris has learned to employ a personal touch to residential construction rarely seen in the home building community.
